說 明: 本產品 為直流電焊條,其公稱組成(wt.﹪)為60ni、22cr、5fe、9mo、3.5nb具有優異的焊接性及作業性,熔金中mo、nb的含量高,可應用于廣泛的耐熱及耐腐蝕環境,適用于化工制程設備、核能反應爐焊接?？蛇m用于inconel合金、inconel合金鋼接頭覆面、鋼用inconel合金作表面堆焊。適用母材如:astmb443/444/446等。亦可用于inconel 625/825,alloy20,alloy25-6mo及monel 400、超沃斯田鐵、高鎳合金材質及異材焊接、9%ni高強度鋼焊接等。棒徑￠3.2(mm)以下的焊條可應用于全姿勢焊接,至于較大的焊條僅能應用于平焊及橫焊。
